Campfire photos are always fun to play with, so why not test out a candle light photo. I think this was pretty successful, especially the softness and color contrast.  Thoughts?

Week 12: Lost Post

Project52 failed a little bit during week 12. It was finals week, and I just didn’t feel like I had the time. So, this late post of old photos makes up for my lost post, right?? I hope so!

Monday: Typing all day to finish final #1.

Tuesday: Endless hours of working on campus on Bateman

Wednesday: I woke up to 7 inches of snow.

Thursday: Another day of endless Bateman work.

Friday: The term finally ended Friday evening. These were my feelings.

Saturday: Boyfriend and I took a trip to Yachats.

Sunday: I went to Pacific City for a few hours. First time since summer.

Week 10: Swimming Ducks

I was so sick that I hardly moved out of bed all week. Of course, the one week I can’t do anything was a crucial week in school. So, that’s why this post is a tad late; my sickness took over during the week, and I played catch up all day Sunday, forgetting to post my blog.  Anyway, it was also the warmest week of the year so far and absolutely gorgeous. On Friday, I finally made it out of bed for a little walk in the park. There, I found a few ducks swimming in the pond. Yet, another perfect photo opportunity! I cannot wait until the warmer weather is here to stay.

The ducks are so clear, even when I zoom way in. Love this fixed lens.

Week Nine: Cherry Blossoms

I love that cherry blossoms are one of the first to bloom in the spring because they are just so photogenic. This particular tree cheers me up every time I drive into my sketchy little alley. Happy March everyone!

Week Eight: Tip the Scale Event

I am overwhelmingly busy this term with this huge PR project. I’m working with a team on creating and implementing a campaign to combat childhood obesity in the local area. Yesterday, we had our big event called the Tip the Scale Activity Fair. Our event was a huge success. It was even on TV! So exciting. Anyway, I got so many amazing photos!! Week Seven: Farm Visit
